There are 50 rooms secured in the BVN Spring Break 2027 contract (see inventory below), once the rooms are sold out, additional inventory can be requested but is based on availability and at the resort's discretion to approve.  


Rooms will be secured based on the time and date stamp of your registration form submission.

Notes:


  • Minimum Length of stay is 3 nights. 
  • You may book any length of stay between 3-7 nights within the window of March 13-20, 2027.  Nights outside the window can be requested and are subject to availability and approval by the resort. 
  • Jr. Suite (ALL types) Maximum Occupancy is 3 Adults / 1 Child (under the age of 12) 
  • Directors Suite One Bedroom Max Occupancy is 4 Adults (or a combination of 4 with Adults and Children under the age of 12). 
  • Bedding in rooms is either a King OR Two Doubles with a sleeper sofa.  Bedding requests are made but CANNOT be guaranteed as based on availability at time of check in. 
  • “Next To” requests are made but CANNOT be guaranteed. 
  • Wristbands are used at this property to identify age (Adult is considered 18+)
  • Every room MUST have an adult age 25+ as the lead guest. 


Pricing is listed as PER PERSON and includes round trip shared transfers from the airport to resort. 


If your stay includes March 19, pricing may be slightly higher due to increased nightly rates.

    Have You Registered Already?

     IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 

    • Travel to Cancun requires a valid passport with an expiration date no earlier than 6 months AFTER the return date from your trip. 
    • The legal drinking age in the Cancun is 18 years of age. Access to the hotel night club and bars is provided to guests 18+ (wristbands are used at this resort). 
    • Group Travel Policy: 
      • One parent or chaperone age 25+ is required per room for check in. 
      • In the event any guest engages in inappropriate behavior, disrespecting hotel stay and/or other guests or causes physical damages to the facilities - hotel management reserves the right to expel guests without reimbursement or refund of remaining nights. 
      • Hotel Management reserves the right to expel any guests who tamper with or violate Planet Hollywood Cancun’s wristband policy (changing, removing, altering) without reimbursement or refund of any remaining nights.

    Frequently Asked Questions:

     Why book with the group?

    Group rates, priority reservations, exclusive private excursions, and one-on-one service. I also have direct hotel/vendor contacts who prioritize our group.

    Why are we booking so early?

    Popular resorts book fast. Early booking locks in early booking rates and guarantees space is held for the group.  Resort will likely fill 12-18 months prior to travel dates during Spring Break Season. 

    Are flights included in the package?

    No. You are responsible for booking your own flights.

    How do I make changes to my reservation?

    Email communication is required for any changes to be made. I cannot make any changes via text messages or messenger. 

    What if my preferred room type is sold out?

    I’ll contact you right away and try to request more inventory. Please have a backup option in mind while we wait (48–72 hours for response).

    Will I get confirmation after registering?

    Yes! You’ll receive an updated confirmation every time a payment or change is made.

    How do I make my final payment? You will receive an email reminder 14 days PRIOR to final payment date, your credit card on file is used to make your final payment.  You do have the option to update your credit card information at the time you receive your reminder email.   

    Can students room together without a parent?

    No. Each room must include a parent or approved adult chaperone per hotel policy—Student-only rooms are against hotel spring break policies.

    Can we extend our stay before or after the main trip dates?

    We can request extended dates by request, as long as the hotel has availability, 

    Can I call you with questions?

    Absolutely! I'm here to help.

    Is travel insurance available?

    Yes. You will receive your insurance options either at the time of booking OR prior to final payment based on the supplier options. 

    What if we cancel?

    Deposits are non-refundable. After final payment, refunds are only possible if you have travel insurance.

    Do we get travel documents?

    Yes, all your info will be loaded into an app. You can also print a paper copy if you prefer.

    Is a passport required?

    Yes, and it must be valid through at least September 2027 (6 months past your return date).

    Traveling with someone else's child under 18?

    You’ll need a notarized consent letter for international travel and medical treatment.

    Divorced parents—does the other parent need to sign off?

    Yes, it’s highly recommended to have a notarized letter from the other parent for minors under 18.

    Do I need to send you my flight info?

    Yes. I will request flight information close to departure to arrange your transportation.

    Are transfers included?

    Yes! Roundtrip airport transfers are included for all guests unless specifically noted. 

    Is the resort all-inclusive?

    Yes—meals, drinks (including alcohol), and non-motorized water sports are included. 

    Will we be bumped from our room?

    No. Group reservations are protected unless something extraordinary (like a resort closure) occurs.

    Are bed types guaranteed?

    Bed requests (king vs. two doubles) are submitted and prioritized for our group, but not guaranteed.

    Will the group have a Catamaran excursion?

    Catamaran excursion can be available upon the group's request. If you are interested please notify your parent representative who can work with me to set this up.
