Terms and Conditions of Group Travel

By submitting your booking request you are agreeing to the terms of contracted group travel. 

*Your deposit is refundable up to December 1, 2024 MINUS a $50 cancellation fee.  After that time, if Travel Protection Plan is not elected when offered, your deposit and any payments made after that time are fully NON-REFUNDABLE. 

* Final Payment is due in full on December 1, 2024.

* Modifications after December 1st, 2024 are subject to a $50 Service Fee in addition to any applicable supplier or resort penalties or pricing modifications that may apply. 

* The Lead Traveler is responsible for the room being booked, and has liability of any damages if applicable during time of travel. 

* Credits and/or refunds are not guaranteed due to global events or acts of God. 

* Beach Happy Travel offers travel services to clients, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel service.  Beach Happy Travel does not operate or control or otherwise provide the services of independent travel vendors.  Beach Happy Travel acts only as the agent for clients acquiring services and on the express condition that Beach Happy Travel shall not be responsible for financial loss, accident, injury, delay, defect omission or irregularity which may occur when by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements or otherwise in connection therewith.
