    FAQ’s

    1. Do I need a passport?

    • Yes! Please make sure your passport is updated or visit U.S. Passports to renew or apply.


    2. Do I have to use PTO for the trip? 

    • No


    3. Are the offices still open on Thursday and Friday?

    • Yes


    4. Does this impact the office closing Christmas to New Years? 

    • No


    5. What parts of the trip is the company paying for?

    •  Airfare for you and one guest, round trip ground transportation from Los Cabos airport (SJD) to Pueblo Bonito Pacifica resort, all inclusive package at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica (food / beverage - alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages included). 
    •  Airfare details will be shared in March, prior to registration opening. 


    6. What is the company NOT payment for? 

    • Mileage to/from your local airport.
    • Food or drink outside of the resort.
    • Transportation other than included round trip airport to resort transfer in Los Cabos. 
    • Any special activities, e.g. golf, spa, etc. you choose to do outside of company sponsored group events. 


    7. Can I book any activities like golf, spa, or other experiences?

    • Yes, you will be responsible for booking any activities that aren't sponsored by the company.
    • You will receive an email this summer detailing additional activities available to book prior to your arrival, along with instructions on the booking process. 


    8. Can I extend my trip?

    • Yes, with manager approval. Please discuss with your manager in advance. 
    • During the registration process you will have the option to request an extension.  Extensions are based on resort availability, pricing subject to resort rates for applicable dates. Details on the process of securing your extension will be provided during the registration process. 


     9. When will I need to register and commit to the trip?

    • Registration will open on April 1, 2026, a "Registration" button will become available at that time and be found at the bottom of this page.
    • Registration will close on August 1, 2026. 
    • Should your travel plans change after you have registered please email BOTH Baylie Stous at bstous@mzltg.com AND Kristin Freeman at kfreeman@beachhappytravel.com as soon as possible.  


    10. Do I need to do anything right now?

    • Make sure you have your passport and if not, renew or apply ASAP!
